Lesha is Mike's wife and helps manage both Melbourne and Highland locations. Lesha and Mike both graduated from Melbourne High School and lived there for over 30 years. Lesha can help with Auto, Home, Life, and Health. Lesha spends her free time playing with her grandchildren Hudson and Hadley.

Michele and her husband are residents of Evening Shade, AR. She has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1996. Michele enjoys fostering animals and working in the music ministry at her church.

Samantha Huckabee has worked at Mike Watson State Farm since 2015 providing great service with Car Insurance, Home Insurance and Life Insurance. Jim Golden has been working at Mike Watson State Farm for 8 years helping with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Business Insurance. He and his wife live in Williford, AR. Jim is our Claims Liaison. A native of Iowa, Jim's Dad was a State Farm Agent in Dyersville. Jim is an Army Veteran and active in the American Legion, Highland Elks and is an avid golfer. Luci grew up in Arkansas and currently resides in Sage. She refers to Arkansas as God’s Country for its beauty and nature. It is the perfect home for Luci as she loves exploring nature and old abandoned places. She is proud to be a part of the team at Mike Watson State Farm! She is unique, kind and dependable. She also loves to keep her desk organized so expect a clutter free workspace when she helps you with your insurance and financial needs! She has a big heart for animals and loves to watch Adam Sandler movies and spend time with her boyfriend, Hunter and stepson, Jeremiah!

Angie is an Arkansas native and graduate of Black River Tech where she earned her Business Degree. She has been married to Kris for 25 years and is the proud mother to their son, Kord who loves to play the guitar! She enjoys watching Kord play sports and fishing! She is supportive, outgoing, driven and caring. Angie’s favorite life mantra is, “Act as if what you do makes a difference, it does!” She is ready to help you with your insurance and financial needs!

Kohl is the Agency Manager of the Melbourne office and ready to help with all your Insurance needs. Kohl lives in Melbourne with his daughters, Kinley and Karsyn. Sylvan was born in Davenport, IA and moved to Arkansas when she was 5 years old. She has been a resident of Highland for 11 years! She is a helpful and passionate team player who is proud to be a part of the Mike Watson State Farm team! Outside of work she enjoys being outside, hiking, crafting, and watching movies. She also loves spending time with her husband Carl and daughter Alyza Ruth. Her favorite verse is Corinthians 13:4-8 and her favorite movie is The Goonies!

Brooke has been in insurance since 2021 and licensed in home, auto, and life, and health. After graduating from high school in New Mexico she moved to Melbourne and enjoys spending time outdoors. Brooke can be found on the run, literally. She loves to run, hike and spend time with her three kids when she is not in the office at Mike Watson State Farm.
