"I recently had to make a claim on my insurance. Anytime this happens it’s usually a very devastating circumstance. The staff at Mike Watson‘s office went above and beyond to take care of my situation. "We recently received an alert of a potentially dangerous condition from the Ting monitor provided by State Farm. The Ting monitor recorded a voltage issue that could result in a fire. After talking to Ting, we were advised to contact our electric provider (NAECO). Within minutes, men were at our home, checking things out. The problem was a loose connection at the pole, which the men immediately fixed. Ting discovered the problem before we knew there was a problem. What a great benefit State Farm provides."

"Hi, I wanted to leave a Google review for Trinity who works at State Farm. I have only been with the company for a few months now and Trinity is the best in the business. She’s been real, genuine, personable, trustworthy, and thoughtful. She’s taken the time to tell me about each policy and explains why it would be a good match for me. Most importantly, she respects your financial situation. She checks up on me regularly and when she calls she remembers what I told her weeks ago and remembers to ask about me and how my interviews went. This was weeks ago and she still remembered to ask. Other companies and insurance agents are pushy or not helpful but Trinity goes above and beyond. She treats me like a human and not a number or dollar sign. I ABSOLUTELY believe Trinity deserves a raise for her incredible attention to detail, customer care, and performance. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING TRINITY. I am staying at State Farm because of you.
