My name is Mike Watson, and I have proudly served as a State Farm Agent for more than 15 years. Many still know me as “Coach Watson” from my years coaching before becoming an agent. My background has instilled in me a passion for helping and supporting others to guard against the challenges of everyday life, bounce back from the unexpected, and ultimately achieve their goals. With two office locations—one in Highland, AR, and another in Melbourne, AR—my agency is here to assist you with insurance and financial services that can help you plan for the future with confidence.

My background in education and coaching equips me with the skills to be a top State Farm Agent serving the communities of North Central Arkansas and beyond. Every day, I leverage these skills to ensure our customers have the coverage they need to protect what matters most to them.

Growing up on my dad’s cattle farm and competing as a real-life rodeo cowboy, I’ve learned the value of hard work, determination, and striving to stand out. These experiences instilled in me a competitive spirit and a drive to excel. I am the proud husband to Lesha and father to our three children and grandchildren. I hold degrees from the University of Central Arkansas and Arkansas State University.
